1.  Membership Details Membership Types

Sassy Women Society (SWS) offers memberships on an annual, semi-annual, and quarterly basis, designed to provide flexibility while fostering a dedicated community experience. Please note that memberships are non-cancelable within each selected term to maintain a commitment to our exclusive club.

Cancellation, Renewal, and Refund Policy

  • Non-Cancelable Memberships: Memberships are non-cancelable and non- refundable within each term to ensure fair participation and
  • Renewal Process: Memberships automatically renew unless canceled. To avoid renewal, please provide a 30-day notice prior to the renewal
  • Recommended Cancellation Timing: For quarterly memberships, members should request cancellation after their final scheduled payment to avoid renewal

Membership Conduct

SWS reserves the right to deny membership renewal based on member conduct that conflicts with the club’s mission or atmosphere. Prohibited behaviors include harassment, disrespectful conduct, or misuse of club resources. This policy ensures an environment that upholds SWS's standards and values.

 

 

2.    Event and Experience Participation

While SWS does not impose specific restrictions, age requirements, or health guidelines for event participation, members are encouraged to approach all events responsibly.

 

Event Liability Waiver: By participating in events, members agree to waive liability against SWS for any personal injuries, lost items, or other incidents.

 

 

3.    Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

Members are welcome to enjoy and share their SWS experiences. However, to respect the privacy and exclusive nature of our events, members should avoid the commercial use of any event materials (photos, recordings, content, etc.).

Brand Guidelines

The Sassy Women Society name, logo, and associated branding elements are the property of SWS and may not be used without explicit permission. Unauthorized use for promotional or business purposes is prohibited.

 

 

4.     Payment Terms and Billing Policies Accepted Payment Methods

SWS accepts major credit cards, direct bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified on the official website.

Payment Plans and Installments

Membership payments are available according to the selected membership cycle (annual, semi-annual, or quarterly).

Late Fees and Penalties

Timely payments ensure uninterrupted access to membership benefits. A late fee will apply for payments received after the due date, and membership access may be suspended if dues are not cleared within a specified period.

SWS partners with carefully selected third-party vendors for certain events, services, and benefits. However, SWS disclaims liability for services provided by these partners, and members are encouraged to review third-party terms directly. Event dates, locations, and details are subject to change, and SWS will communicate any adjustments promptly.

 

6.    Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania, where SWS is registered. Any disputes or claims arising from membership or engagement with SWS will be resolved in accordance with Romanian jurisdiction.
