Throughout my journey with The Girl in the Cafe, I’ve learned that I’m much faster and more capable than I often believe. The idea that I’m slow or incapable is simply untrue when it is the right project, and I have the right support and mindset. I’ve realized that I can tackle almost anything I set my mind to. I’m pretty sure this is a common feeling amongst other women too.

Starting Mainova has taught me that I’m capable of far more than I ever imagined, and it’s been incredibly empowering to see what I can achieve when I set my mind to it. I’ve always considered myself determined and driven, but navigating the challenges of establishing a brand in the competitive wine and olive oil industry has pushed me to new limits.

I have always been fascinated with healing plants and their historical significance. Especially in the medical field, so much was based on the foundations that nature provided. Following this scientific approach, we spend a lot of time in the laboratory looking for synergies between ingredients.

Creativity plays a significant role in our overall well being, as it fosters personal growth, self-expression, and resilience. By engaging in creative pursuits, we develop a deeper connection with ourselves and the world around us.

Even though persistence and resilience are major qualities to develop as a human being, and I deeply value them, I have to say I’m not the biggest hustler, nor I agree with the hustling culture, working long hours, dismissing other areas of life over work-all-the-time.
